What is your take on the Maternity Hospital?
Feng Shui and the Maternity Hospital
A lot have been said and written about being located too close to a hospital. There is a lot of pain, suffering and anxiety amongst patients and visitors in the hospital (not mention the fear of infection) and it is considered bad form to be located very near to one of them.
Are there exceptions? Should a maternity hospital which is a place of birth and joy be treated different?
Here is the most hilarious explanation that I have heard.
There is a lot of pain. Not just for the mother but for the father as well. Most husbands are fathers for the first time. They are not sure what to expect and constantly worry for the well being of the mother and the child.
That is a lot of negative energy concentrated in one place.
But the worst is yet to come. The bearable cost of natural child birth can suddenly escalate if a Cesarean section (normally not covered by your hospitalization and surgical insurance) is required.
Now the father is not just emotionally stressed but financially as well! Multiply that will the many fathers to be in a maternity hospital and you will find that it is no different from any other kind of hospitals!
