What are the benefits of using your services to select a new or pre-owned house?
Aside from the obvious benefits of buying a house with superior feng shui qualities and matching surroundings, there is the less obvious benefits of savings in renovation cost.
In addition to a good orientation, supportive surrounding features and the absence of structures that generate sha qi, I will also look at the internal layout to identify one where the main door, kitchen and bedrooms are in the right places and matches the occupants birth day.
Relocating the kitchen and toilet for example can be very costly and using my services before the purchase can be a major cost saver!
