Am I Facing the Right Direction?
I notice that some people are confused about personal facing directions.
In a seated position, the personal facing direction is the direction that the
face is pointed towards as shown in the diagram below.
This is pretty straight forward.
However when it come to sleeping, the reference point is not his face but the
crown of his head.
For example if you want to sleep facing North, you should point the
crown of your head towards North (and the feet South) as shown in the
diagram below.
